I write to you as a parent who has encountered numerous problems over the years in obtaining a combination of quality all-round childcare and operational hours to suit my working day.
In today's world many parents need, or wish, to continue with their careers, or may be busy in other ways. For whatever reason a parent may decide to entrust their child to a Day Nursery they must be comfortable and confident with what is offered by the nursery for both the child and the parents.
